When DIANE WATKINS - Property Consult (DWPC) was founded seven years ago in 2019, it began as a shared vision between mother and daughter, Diane and Sophie - built on a dedication to personalized realty services supported by deep industry knowledge, administrative and legal guidance, and innovative marketing.

Over the years, that vision has grown into a vibrant team of nearly 20 professionals operating across three key regional branches in Mauritius. The agency expanded organically: four consultants joined the West team between 2020 and 2021; Laetitia de Gersigny stepped in to lead operations and administration in 2022; and in 2023, Nathalie Julienne launched the South & Centre branch, which now includes four dedicated consultants active across the East as well.

As a boutique family agency, DWPC supports local and international clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Their multilingual team speaks English, French, Creole, Afrikaans, Portuguese, and Shona, ensuring tailored, transparent communication at every step - from legal and administrative guidance to bespoke marketing.

In 2025, DWPC expanded its global reach by joining Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International®, connecting their clients to a network of over 550 firms and 138,000 professionals worldwide. Looking ahead in 2026, they continue their momentum with their first dedicated consultant in the North, a specialized land sales team, and the launch of DW Holidays for short-term luxury rentals. Built on active listening and trust, their journey remains anchored in providing exceptional real estate guidance across the island.
