50 Years of Legacy: More Than Brokers, Investment Advisors

As Pam Golding Properties celebrates 50 years, discover how global expertise and local knowledge are helping investors navigate Mauritius property opportunities.

For 50 years, one principle has remained at the heart of Pam Golding Properties: property is more than a transaction. Founded by the late Mrs Pam Golding in 1976, the group celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2026, five decades of navigating changing markets, understanding buyers and advising clients through some of their most significant property decisions.

In Mauritius, that legacy has translated into a strong specialisation in property development advisory and sales. With more than 45 projects and over 1,000 sales successfully assisted, our experience spans some of the island’s landmark residential developments, including Tamarina Golf & Beach Estate, Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate, La Pointe Luxury Apartments, La Pirogue Residences and The Essence.

Beyond selling property

Buying off-plan can feel stressful. You are investing not only in what you see today, but in a vision of what a property and often an entire destination will become. That is where experience matters.

For buyers, the right advisor brings perspective on location, pricing, market demand, rental potential, lifestyle appeal and long-term value.

For developers, that expertise begins even earlier. Understanding buyer expectations can influence product design, configuration, amenities, positioning and pricing – ultimately helping create developments that respond to real market demand and achieve more effective commercialisation.

This is where Pam Golding’s combination of local knowledge and global expertise becomes particularly relevant.

Where are the opportunities today?

Mauritius continues to offer a diverse property market, from accessible investment-led apartments to established golf estates and increasingly scarce coastal residences.

In the north, The Signature at Mont Choisy Le Boulevard offers the final 12 three-bedroom apartments from USD 429,000, while Coastland Pereybere, within walking distance of the beach, has its final six two-bedroom apartments from USD 385,000.

For lifestyle-led buyers, the opportunities extend further. The final apartment phase at Mont Choisy La Réserve starts from USD 650,000, while the newly launched Valriche by YOO at Heritage Villas Valriche starts from EUR 1.15 million.

La Pointe Luxury Apartments in Pointe aux Canonniers

The final phase is now selling from USD 440,000, combining a prime northern location with a restaurant and bar, gym, padel courts and communal pool.

On the west coast, Eko Savannah in Tamarin, from EUR 1.445 million, offers a nature-led residential proposition, while Coastal Haven in Roches Noires, from EUR 895,000, responds to one of the Mauritian market’s enduring fundamentals: the scarcity of prime beachfront property.

After 50 years, our role continues to evolve beyond brokerage: understanding the market, identifying opportunities and helping clients make informed property decisions with confidence. Because finding a property is one thing. Knowing why to invest in it is another.
